Manufactured by Biemme.  This jacket is made from wind proof material, Respira, that is also water resistant and is insulated with Roubaix material to keep you warm on the coldest of days.  These jackets are top quality Italian manufactured.  The sponsors of Navigators include Colnago, Speedplay, LAS Helmets, Soleo and Clif Bar.  I consider these to run almost one size small, but pretty true to size.  For instance if you normally wear a medium in Hincapie or Giordana I would consider buying a large in this.  At this rate it would still have a race fit as opposed to a club fit.  These were team issue and bought at the end of last season from the team.
