NOT JUST FOR THE PROS. The transparent rain cape is a classic racer’s piece. But we weren’t satisfied with the thought of wearing an old-style rain cape that’s essentially a plastic bag. So we made ours breathable with our Transparent Compact waterproof membrane and added a bit of stretch. Then we made all the details just right, from the high collar to the zippered pocket opening. And we kept it small enough to fit in half a jersey pocket.
