Cycling Bib Shorts

  • The FormaRed-Carbon™ bib shorts are constructed on a curve to clone your body’s natural riding position throughout a range of motion

  • They are constructed of HC-44™ and Ametista fabric

  • Ametista appears pinstriped due to the threads of carbon woven into it, which control and reinforce stretch

  • Carbon has the added benefit of repelling electronic interference from cell phone towers and power lines that can negatively affect performance

  • The Aerofix Gripper System™ is used in the bib uppers and at the cuffs to keep the garment in place seamlessly

  • The layer of the Aerofix Gripper System is next to the skin utilizing perforations that create air pockets and allow air to permeate

  • Anatomically shaped cut outs in the uppers eliminate excess fabric and conform to the body on the bike

  • No seams are used at all in the uppers, which lie completely flat and smooth against the body

  • Instead of stopping at the end of the straps, the Ametista uppers continue down to wrap the internal organs around the waist

  • Reflective elements add visibility to the legs

  • A pocket is incorporated into the bibs at the back allowing more freedom of movement while securing a cell phone or mp3 player close to the body for a more aerodynamic silhouette

  • Like all Body Clone level bibs and shorts, the FR-C bibs feature the T-Select Gel OmniForm™ insert

  • It is formed using a high-frequency molding process that eliminates heat and thus, damage to the material, so there are no hard edges

  • A synthetic gel is inserted in the middle section to increase protection and reduce vibration

  • The pad contours to the body in motion and returns to its original shape every time
