This shoe was made endure the rigors of the professional rider. They feature heat-moldable heel cups and Lake's supple K-Lite kangaroo leather for a true custom fit. This shoe is the only one of its kind that the carbon heel cup actually molds to the users foot.  You simply put the shoe in the oven which softens the resin the carbon fiber.  During this time that it is softened you simply mold it to your feet.  The good thing about this is you get a custom fit but if you find that the fit is not working you can simply reheat it and nold it again.  The K-Lite kangaroo leather is soft and supple and will remain so after those days in the rain.  The innovative BOA micro-adjust closure systems deliver firm, comfortable, energy-saving support. LAKE delivers all of this at just 235 grams thanks to their lightweight but extremely stiff full carbon soles. 

A great shoe at a great price.  I challenge you to find it cheaper.
